special training in the holistic approach to Lyme disease, candida and
chronic hepatitis with emphasis on functional medicine.
Dr. Gertler uses safe, gentle and natural techniques to treat chronic
diseases and pain which are otherwise thought to be untreatable.
Chelation therapy using intravenous infusions of a synthetic amino acid
EDTA, is employed to reverse the full spectrum of arteriosclerosis
cardiovascular disease symptoms. A novel approach to treating
chronic diseases (ALS, MS, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease),
fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and autoimmune diseases has
proven quite effective by combining intravenous therapies with herbs,
vitamins, micronutrients, and detoxification regimens. “Lyme
literate” protocols are given special focus with a uniquely effective,
multifactorial approach to treating this daunting chronic
infection. A diversity of options concentrating on addressing
underlying causes are provided for chronic candida infections.
Vibration therapy is included. Special attention is given to
treating gastrointestinal issues as they relate to chronic degenerative
diseases. A hands on healing method, IonCleanse detoxification
footbath and SCENAR computerized electronic biofeedback system are
additional therapeutic options available to Dr. Gertler to assist in
harmonizing and integrating the beneficial effects of the other
therapies especially with regard to pain control.
Dr. Gertler has received specialized training in the use of
bioidentical hormones and anti-aging therapy to provide a natural
framework for alleviating the symptoms of menopause and andropause, as
well as adrenal and thyroid issues.
